Imminent redundancy

• E is in her mid 30s and due to be made redundant in Oct.

• She was uncertain about what she should do next, and what she wanted to achieve.

• I asked her to write her perfect job description and we then set about finding out where the gaps were in her abilities to get such a job and how she could fill them

• We also worked on her self esteem and developing her social life

• After 4 sessions, she has changed her outlook about herself, and has developed a new social life and new friends. She has identified steps towards achieving her goal for her ideal job and has started to work towards it.
