When I met with the coach I explained to her my role as a single point of
contact for German based customers and my objectives of increasing the
business by finding new customers, whilst maintaining an existing customer
base.
She offered me confidentiality from the outset which created a trusting
atmosphere. I described the finer details of my job description and
something of the daily procedures that I undertake.
The coach seemed not only very understanding but was able to quickly identify
the problems & obstacles and offered some suggestions as to how
to solve them. Some of her advice was very practical, it related to time
management skills. Other advice was related to marketing tools and
techniques.
We also talked through the material she prepared which was very eye-opening.
It gave me the opportunity to view my business from all
sorts of different angles and therefore have different approaches as to how
to improve my current activity.

The coach's advice was
always very clear and easy to understand, she always used examples that
were aligned to my business. I found that it helped immensely to stir up
my own thought process. I can already say that I have been able to apply
some of Berry's advice and we have started the process of others.
