Startup Internet company
A new internet company needed help with a marketing plan. They knew
what they wanted to do but were not sure where to start. With the help of
the coach, the MD worked out an action plan, and began to put things into
progress. At each fortnightly meeting, the coach checked to see what
progress had been made, and talked through any problems. Achievements were
celebrated and new actions were identified where appropriate. The company
decided to use PR as their main marketing tool and with the help of a PR specialist
managed to get coverage in local and national newspapers and magazines.
