Mary, an experienced and innovative educator, has
over fifteen years experience working on projects in
the UK and the EU for people with disabilities, and
has worked tirelessly to promote inclusivity among
the wider community. Her specialist knowledge of the
implementation of Disability Discrimination Act (DDA),
Highway, Environmental and Planning Law led to her
founding a company whose rationale is to raise
awareness of disability in all areas of life.
Particularly since the introduction of the 1995 DDA
Act, her work has addressed many areas in the work
place and amongst service providers. With her belief
that 'minor changes make a major difference', her
aim is help review all areas of business and working
practices to ensure compliance with the legislation
in ways that are realistic and inexpensive, many of
which can be achieved in the short term.
