Ros
Soulsby is a highly skilled development consultant
with a passion for helping individuals to achieve
their full potential. She is a qualified
performance coach, general and business practitioner
in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), adult
education teacher and massage therapist.
Background
Ros
has a strong background in education and
development. She spent 10 years in the private
sector teaching communication and independent living
skills for adults with learning difficulties. She
has spent time in the UK and overseas teaching
English in government organisations and private
schools.
Moving into the public sector Ros worked with
American Express as Development Consultant on global
projects and Training Manager for Europe, Middle
East and Africa.
In
September 2002 she started her own business and has
been designing and delivering programmes for
government agencies, small to medium sized
businesses, corporations and charities in management
development and personal effectiveness. She also
works with organisations to provide business
performance coaching to individuals and facilitates
events for organisational change.
Approach
Ros
believes a client-led approach is the only way to
achieve real learning and progress and combines her
knowledge of management theories with practical
business experience and a down-to-earth style. She
places strong emphasis on integrating individual
learning into work practice and offers programmes
designed to support the needs of the whole business.
Ros
offers an end-to-end experience for her clients from
concept to post-programme and ongoing evaluation.
She has close links with organisational development
and business psychology professionals, making sure a
pool of expertise is at her fingertips.
She
has a commitment to lifelong learning both for
herself and her clients and continually enhances her
services through ongoing training in transactional
analysis for organisations. She uses this to inform
her approach for helping businesses to grow.
