At JamBerry we run a number of different workshops related to marketing. These include:
  • Introduction the Marketing - This workshop is an introduction to marketing for non-marketing managers. It develops the concepts of understanding customers, the use of brand, techniques to attract new customers such as DM, advertising etc, the importance of pricing and much more.
  • Marketing on a Shoestring - This workshop looks at how to make the most of your marketing budget and get the results you need.
  • Marketing On-line - Most companies have a website these days, but how many of them actually drive customers to buy from you. If you would like to find out more about how to use you online presence more effectively, then this course may be for you.
  • Introduction to Customer Management - Customer Management (CM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a management model that puts the customer at the centre of its activity. Many companies define CM as a systems process, or define it in terms of the way that they carry out their dialogue with the customer, or whether they are carrying out customer behaviour modelling. CM is all of these things and much more. It is about putting the customer in the driving seat and moving away from a business model that is product driven.To implement CM effectively the company will often need to stop and look critically at itself and potentially change direction. It involves cultural change, so that staff begin to use a new language and co-operate to meet the customer’s needs and wants rather than the company’s. Done effectively, it will add profit to the bottom line, as well as enhancing the experience of the people within the organisation and encouraging long term commitment from the customer.
