A cartoon workshop can be used in so many different ways.

• Take a simple outline of a face and by adding expressions you can change not only who it is, but also what emotion they are portraying. Great for exploring non-verbal language and first impressions.

• Or using a similar technique draw a picture of your favourite character and then discuss. Great to understand your drivers, heroes and villains.

• Create characters for a storyboard - tell the story of your team - design an advertising campaign

• Design an avatar for yourself now and in the future - where you want to be

• Create a team logo or hero/heroine

In fact the options are huge. Cartoons can be used to look at communication skills and body language. Or they can be used to highlight underlying issues that exist in your team.  You can choose to draw yourself or others. And a host of other approaches.

They can then be reproduced in a number of different ways either on the day or taken away and added to T-Shirts, Mugs Bags etc.
