a wealth of experience in helping companies to retain and
develop their employees. With strong consultancy, design
and facilitation skills she is able to work effectively at
all levels in an organisation. more
Debbie is
also a qualified and experienced coach working with
organisations and individuals in both business and
personal coaching.
Debbie has built a breadth of knowledge
across a range of topics including Leadership, Stress
Management, Assertiveness, Personal Power, Self-esteem,
Change Management, Effective Communication, Management
Skills and Self-development.
Career History.
Debbie began her training career in the
Financial Services sector and before moving into
consultancy in 2001 was Human Resources Development
Services Manager for American Express (European Customer
Services division).
Since 2001, Debbie has worked
extensively with private and public sector organisations
on both coaching and training assignments. She has
designed and delivered a range of management and personal
development programmes, coached at middle and senior
management level and been involved in Development Centre
and Assessment Centre processes.
Qualifications & Memberships
Debbie is committed to her personal
development and regularly attends courses, conferences
and networking events to broaden her knowledge.
She holds a Masters degree in Management Development, is
a Masters NLP
practitioner and is licensed to use the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator. Debbie also has a Diploma in Performance
Coaching and has completed an advanced ICF accredited
coaching programme based on NLP and Solution Focused
approaches. In addition, she has worked with Transactional
Analysis for many years.
Debbie is a member of the International
Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), The
International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Associate
Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational
Learning (ITOL).
