real, working recording studio and challenge them to write, perform
and record a team song in just four hours. During this very
challenging task we give regular feedback and advice on these three
capabilities;
Communication

Performance - could you be working faster and smarter? We give feedback on the
working methods and attitudes we observe and give tips on how to
work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Creativity
- Do you really know who the creative people are and how to get the
best out of them? We unearth hidden talents and build confidence in
a team's ability to develop creative products and solutions
Ready, Steady, Record is an opportunity for teams to get together to create their
own piece of music and have it recorded in a studio on to CD or MP3
format. You don't have to be musical to create a brilliant track,
and by using each others strengths you can create new music. We now
have two studios where you can either record a track or develop and
record a radio programme, with each team member having a key role to
play in the process. Can't make it to either of our studios? Not a
problem. We can arrange for a recording session near you. So
whether you want to create a rock choir, write your own songs, lay
down a track or get involved in production, give us a call and we
can arrange to create an exciting experience for you.

We back it up with good solid theory about
team development, including the 4 stages of team development:
forming, storming, norming and performing. This means that these workshops
can be very versatile, meeting a wide range of needs from team
members to team leaders.
