Team work:
Making Music
Looking to develop
your teams in a fun and engaging way?
We believe in getting people out of the office, out of their comfort
zones and into new and stimulating environments in order to improve
communication, cooperation, coordination and encourage a creative
approach to problem solving.
Music has been used in many scenarios
to break down barriers and create harmony. We have a range of workshops
available using music as the medium.
Reveal
hidden talents and skills
All of our workshops are
suitable for the musician and non-musician alike. They include:
The Music Gym is an
energising, stimulating, relaxing and very creative experience for
organisations looking for something different in team-building,
away-days, brainstorming or simply entertainment. It brings together
state of the art sound technology and old-fashioned fun.
The
Music Gym has the added bonus that you help provide much
needed funds for their work with disabled adults and help you to
meet some of your Corporate Social Responsibility goals.
Ready, Steady, Record is an opportunity for teams to get together to create their
own piece of music and have it recorded in a studio on to CD or MP3
format. You don't have to be musical to create a brilliant track,
and by using each others strengths you can create new music.

Drumming Workshops
allow teams to work together to bring a sense of rhythm to their
work. By building up slowly, teams learn the importance of
understanding how rhythm and counter rhythm can come together to
make music that is greater then the sum of it parts. A good
metaphor for hard working teams back in the office. And we don't
just use drums, but all sorts of other percussion instruments as
well. Listen

Meeting
your business needs
Our Team
Building with
Music workshops can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your
business and offers individuals an exceptional opportunity to learn
about group dynamics while having fun at the same time.
Your team will gain a new knowledge of each other’s strengths and
skills. Our activities are designed to allow those skills to come to
the fore where perhaps they haven’t been noticed before.
We back it up with good solid theory about
team development, including the 4 stages of team development:
forming, storming, norming and performing. We don't just throw everyone into an
experience. We back it up with good solid theory about team
development, including the 4 stages of team development: forming,
storming, norming and performing. We can also add team and
individual analysis through tools such as MBTI and others. if
appropriate, we can tie in the experience with development on
subjects such as communication skills or leadership.
