to break down barriers and create harmony. We have a range of workshops
available using music as the medium.

All of our workshops are
suitable for the musician and non-musician alike. They include:
Ready, Steady, Record is an opportunity for teams to get together to create their
own piece of music and have it recorded in a studio on to CD or MP3
format. You don't have to be musical to create a brilliant track,
and by using each others strengths you can create new music. We now
have two studios where you can either record a track or develop and
record a radio programme, with each team member having a key role to
play in the process. Can't make it to either of our studios? Not a
problem. We can arrange for a recording session near you. So
whether you want to create a rock choir, write your own songs, lay
down a track or get involved in production, give us a call and we
can arrange to create an exciting experience for you.

Drumming Workshops
allow teams to work together to bring a sense of rhythm to their
work. By building up slowly, teams learn the importance of
understanding how rhythm and counter rhythm can come together to
make music that is greater then the sum of it parts. A good
metaphor for hard working teams back in the office. And we don't
just use drums, but all sorts of other percussion instruments as

Corporate Choir
brings together groups to sing in an uplifting performance. Using a
choir master you will be taught how to bring together a group of
voices to definitely making something that is more than the sum of
its parts!

Music workshops can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your
business and offers individuals an exceptional opportunity to learn
about group dynamics while having fun at the same time.
Your team will gain a new knowledge of each other’s strengths and
skills. Our activities are designed to allow those skills to come to
the fore where perhaps they haven’t been noticed before.
We back it up with good solid theory about
team development, including the 4 stages of team development:
forming, storming, norming and performing. We don't just throw everyone into an

individual analysis through tools such as MBTI and others. if
appropriate, we can tie in the experience with development on
subjects such as communication skills or leadership.
